Digital Systems – Narrow Line
Raycap Narrow Line (NL) bus and digital system protection solutions provide maximum density in the panel with their narrow and compact design, only 6.2 mm wide. Designed to protect industrial fieldbus systems (CAN, Profibus, RS485, etc.). It stands out with a frequency range of up to 120 MHz, remote monitoring (transmitter/receiver unit) for all variants, and a structure that does not interrupt the operation of other modules during module replacement.
Bus systems control almost every aspect of communication between connected equipment in today's smart homes, offices, and factories. As connected equipment becomes more centralized, it becomes even more necessary to protect these systems against internal or external surges.
Raycap Narrow Line products meet the diverse requirements of industrial applications with different signal types and operating voltages.
The most distinctive feature of the series is its 6.2 mm width — narrower than half of classic modules. The products are designed for combined use: a very high level of protection, which increases equipment reliability and lifespan, is achieved by stacking the modules side-by-side.
Individual modules can be added or replaced without interrupting the operation of others in the stack. This makes it possible to add protection to an active line later or replace a faulty module without system downtime.
Remote monitoring can be performed via transmitter and receiver units available for all product variants — fault information is transferred to the central monitoring system. The green flag / red flag indicator on the front panel provides on-site control.
