Personal data within S Novagroup Mühendislik Müşavirlik Elektrik San. Ve Tic. Ltd. Şti. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) is protected.
The Company takes the necessary technical and administrative measures by utilizing its technological and infrastructural capabilities to ensure that personal data is securely stored and processed in accordance with the law within the framework of the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (hereinafter referred to as the “KVKK”).
Individuals and legal entities whose personal data is processed under the Law may review the following text to obtain information about:

This statement fulfills the Company’s obligation to inform data subjects as the data controller pursuant to Article 10 of the Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data regarding personal data.

Your personal data, which we collect and record in written and electronic form through various channels, primarily communication forms, site survey requests, support requests, product requests and connections established in connection with our commercial activities, from our online visitors, customers and potential customers; will be processed by our Company on a limited basis for the purposes of providing feedback regarding the results of your requests and/or complaints submitted to us, conducting communication activities, managing customer relationship processes, fulfilling legal and administrative obligations in accordance with the legislation, ensuring and maintaining internal coordination, cooperation and efficiency, resolving existing or potential future legal disputes, responding to requests and questions, carrying out the necessary activities by the Company’s business units and conducting activities accordingly in order to ensure that the Company’s commercial activities are carried out in compliance with the legislation and Company policies, determining, planning and implementing the Company’s short-, medium- and long-term commercial policies, ensuring the commercial and legal security of individuals with whom the Company has business relationships, informing you about our campaigns and training programs where you have given your approval and permission through the
Explicit Consent Statement, conducting Advertising, Campaign and Promotion Processes, conducting Marketing and Remarketing Processes for Products and Services, conducting activities aimed at customer satisfaction, and sending commercial electronic communications.
In accordance with the Law and/or where exceptions under the relevant legislation exist, personal data may be processed and shared with third parties without obtaining additional consent from users. The exceptions specified in Article 5 of the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data are as follows:

-Being necessary for the protection of the life or physical integrity of the person or another person who is unable to express consent due to actual impossibility or whose consent is not legally recognized,
-Being necessary to process the personal data of the parties to a contract, provided that it is directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract,
-Being mandatory for the data controller to fulfill its legal obligation,
-Having been made public by the relevant person,
-Being necessary for the establishment, exercise or protection of a right,
-Being necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that this does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the relevant person.
- METHODS AND LEGAL BASES FOR COLLECTING YOUR PERSONAL DATA
Your personal data is collected through various methods based on the legal ground of “being necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that this does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the relevant person,” as specified in Article 5 of the KVKK, and as necessary and in compliance with the KVKK, for the purpose of maintaining our commercial activities. Your personal data may be collected through various channels and based on different legal grounds, including institutions from which we provide / receive support services and other natural and/or legal persons with whom transactions are carried out under any legislation or contract, customers, third-party companies, e-mail, our website, our social media accounts and other channels that may be established or become available in the future, either verbally, in writing or electronically, based on your consent to the processing of your personal data, the establishment and performance of a contractual relationship between you and our Company, your visit to our Company, the communication of your information to us by third parties for the purpose of contacting us for commercial activities, information sharing at fairs, training sessions, conferences and similar events, and similar methods, within the scope of our Company’s commercial purposes, for the purpose of developing the products and services we provide and conducting our commercial activities. Personal data collected on these legal grounds may be processed and transferred within the scope of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK and for the purposes specified in Article 4 of this Data Protection Notice.
- CATEGORIES AND TYPES OF PERSONAL DATA SUBJECT TO PROCESSING
The personal data that may be obtained from you in written and electronic form within the scope of the Communication Form, site survey request, support request, product request and other connections established in connection with our commercial activities are as follows;
Identity Information: Name, Surname
Contact Information: Telephone Number, E-Mail, Fax, etc.
Professional experience information (Company name, Position): Information provided by you when you express your interest in the Company’s products and services through a website form or participate in marketing and training activities.
Other information: Information automatically collected through the use of cookies and similar tracking tools when you interact with the Company’s website.
- TO WHOM AND FOR WHAT PURPOSES YOUR PROCESSED PERSONAL DATA MAY BE TRANSFERRED
Your personal data specified in Article 6 of this Privacy Policy and Data Protection Notice may be shared and transferred, limited to the purposes specified in Article 4 and to the extent necessary to fulfill these purposes, with our business partners, Company shareholders, authorized representatives and managers, and, where required by the relevant legislation, with regulatory and supervisory authorities and official institutions, in accordance with the personal data processing conditions specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK and limited to the purposes stated above.
- HOW LONG YOUR PERSONAL DATA WILL BE RETAINED
The personal data obtained is retained for the periods required by the purposes of processing personal data and only for periods that do not exceed such periods. In addition, personal data retained for the purpose of fulfilling legal obligations is retained for the periods specified in the relevant laws. Furthermore, provided that the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject are not adversely affected, personal data may also be retained for the periods required by the Company’s legitimate interests. If the circumstances requiring the retention of personal data cease to exist, personal data is appropriately deleted, destroyed or anonymized by kahve.com in accordance with the procedures and principles specified in the Law and relevant legislation.

Despite taking all necessary data security measures, the Company shall have no legal liability if personal data is damaged or accessed by third parties as a result of attacks against the Website and/or system. - INFORMATION REGARDING YOUR RIGHTS UNDER THE KVKK AS A DATA SUBJECT
Pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK, as a data subject,
by applying to our Company, you have the right to;
- learn whether your personal data is being processed,
- request information regarding the processing of your personal data if it has been processed,
- learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether such data is being used in accordance with its purpose,
- know the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred domestically or abroad,
- request the correction of your personal data if it has been processed incompletely or incorrectly and request that the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred be notified of the correction,
- request the deletion or destruction of your personal data if the reasons requiring its processing have ceased to exist, even though it has been processed in accordance with the KVKK and other applicable laws and regulations, and request that the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred be notified of such action, and object to the occurrence of a result against you through the analysis of your processed personal data exclusively by automated systems,
- request compensation for damages if you suffer damage due to the unlawful processing of your personal data,
You have these rights. Our Company will conclude your request as soon as possible and no later than thirty (30) days, depending on the nature of the request. Although the general principle is that no fee will be charged for requests, the Company reserves the right to charge a fee based on the fee schedule determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.
