The initial works have started for the installation of an external lightning protection system designed according to the rolling sphere method, using basic grounding and passive systems, for the Cıngıllı, Leben and Kehrubar solar power plants with a total capacity of 3 MW. The targeted 1 ohm grounding resistance value at the facility, the equipotential bonding system and the required designs for the placement of external lightning protection poles were carried out by Yılkomer engineers in accordance with IEC 62305 standards.
