Strikesorb Assemblies
Raycap Strikesorb® Assemblies are pre-assembled protection units where Strikesorb 30, 40, or 80 modules are integrated onto a busbar. They are available in various configurations and can be custom-designed to panel dimensions, allowing surge protection to be integrated into the system from the outset.

This structure is specifically developed for Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs). It enables efficient integration of surge protection into motor control equipment, frequency inverters (VFDs), and similar industrial systems. Since connection, placement, and mounting details are pre-engineered, both design and assembly time are reduced for the manufacturer.
Strikesorb Assemblies can be custom-designed to fit almost any panel size; they can also be configured for retrofit into existing equipment on-site. The product is fully recognized under UL 1449 5th Edition and complies with IEC 61643-11. The Strikesorb modules used operate without degradation through successive surges, thanks to their fully sealed enclosure and fuseless direct connection design.
