The nVent ERICO Hammerlock is an irreversible mechanical connector that connects the grounding conductor to the ground rod.

It is machined from high-conductivity copper and provides a low-resistance connection.

The product's distinctive feature is its installation method: the clamp is tightened solely with a hammer after the rod and conductor are inserted. No torque wrench, exothermic welding equipment, or special tools are required. No special training required.

Once the connection is complete, the clamp provides a visible indication of completion — the installer can instantly verify proper connection on-site.

The clamp allows for "T" type and pass-through connections. It can also be used with Copperweld® steel conductors.

It is irreversible — once tightened, it cannot be disassembled or loosened.
