What does a user expect from LV Surge Arrester products? In fact, the only issue we consider while providing a solution and engineering application is customer satisfaction.
Primarily, since the subject is lightning, the protection level of the product to be selected according to the risk coefficient should be in the highest category. The product should respond quickly, have a long service life, be remotely monitored and kept under control.
