The proportional increase of lightning impulses parallel to the technology and investment development in our country poses a serious risk to investors and facilities. Within the scope of the General Directorate of Meteorology data, 7 million lightning strikes that fell in our country in the last 2 years confirm how much this risk coefficient has increased. The dangerous situation of lightning impulses over our country increases the importance of Low Voltage Surge Arrester systems. Type 3 protections, which are quite important as a product range, are the last link of cascaded protection.
