As you know, the use of a protective fuse in front of surge arresters is very important for varistor-type products. However, this issue creates problems in terms of both cost and space. In addition, due to unintentionally tripping fuses, many sites are left unprotected. With the Raycap PROTEC T2F Series, the integrated fused cartridge PROTEC T2F Series offers the most ideal design especially for secondary and narrow machine panels in industrial facilities.

Our PROTEC T2F Series product stands out with its 40 kA surge discharge capacity on the 8/20 ms waveform and a 1500 V voltage protection level. It can be used without an additional fuse in systems with a rated current of up to 315 Amperes. The most remarkable feature of this product is its ability to provide protection independently of machine fuses in industrial facilities.

Compact Design Provides Space Saving and Ease of Installation!

By integrating the fuse into the Raycap PROTEC T2F Series product, it occupies 50% less space compared to external spare-fused TYPE 2 protectors. Our combined product is suitable for standard DIN Rail applications and allows serial installations to be carried out much faster.

Fuse selection and application in front of surge arresters has always been a problem for users. Especially due to limited space in apartment panels, final point protections could often not be implemented. Incorrect fuse selection, on the other hand, made the surge arrester fuse primary and prevented the system from operating reliably. All these problems can be overcome with our combined TYPE 2 series.
