YILKOMER was founded in 2010 by Electrical Engineer Serdar Aksoy and today protects thousands of facilities across Türkiye against lightning and surge events. We have focused our expertise on one specialist field: lightning protection systems. With our engineering team involved in some of the country’s critical projects and most demanding site conditions, we manage the entire process from a single point of responsibility — from site assessment and system design to installation and reporting.
Lightning protection is an integrated system; installing a lightning rod alone does not provide complete protection. Earthing, surge protection devices, and equipotential bonding must be designed together based on sound engineering calculations. YILKOMER delivers this integration as a complete, coordinated solution.
