In İskenderun, the electrical infrastructure and security systems of Turkey’s largest offshore tanker fuel & gas loading-unloading port — extending more than 2 km over the sea and executed by Delta — were protected against transient surges and lightning strikes using low-voltage surge protection devices installed by Yılkomer’s expert team.
Yıldırımdan Korunma Merkezi also provided consultancy for the grounding system, which was implemented using the sea, and successfully completed the surge arrester installation project.
