The Alibeyres Wind Power Plant has been protected at the low-voltage outputs of NORDEX turbines with Rayvoss panels, which are based on Raycap Strikesorb technology. With a 1 ns response time, 200 kA maximum protection level, and a 20-year lifespan, Rayvoss systems provide the most effective protection against lightning surges, especially in high-altitude locations such as wind power plants.
