As of the beginning of June, increasing lightning activity caused serious damage to many solar power plants across Turkey.
These damages not only prevented sustainable production but also led to very serious costs. Especially as a result of surges coming from inverter communications, board failures occurred at many sites.
As the Lightning Protection Center, known as a company aiming to protect solar power plants without damage, we continued our awareness activities by explaining the importance of lightning protection to solar investors.
