PRIVACY POLICY AND INFORMATION NOTICE REGARDING THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA WITHIN THE SCOPE OF THE LAW ON THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

Personal data within S Novagroup Engineering Consultancy Electrical Industry and Trade Ltd. Co. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) are protected.
Within the framework of the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”), the Company takes the necessary technical and administrative measures by using its technological and infrastructural capabilities to ensure that personal data are stored securely and processed lawfully.
Natural and legal persons whose personal data are processed within the scope of the Law may review the text below to obtain information about the personal data that may be processed by the Company in its capacity as data controller, including;
- general principles regarding processing,
- purposes of processing,
- persons to whom data may be transferred,
- method of collection and legal grounds,
- security and protection,
- rights of the data subject arising from processing,
- methods of application to the Company for obtaining information regarding processing.
With this statement, the Company shall have fulfilled its obligation to inform data subjects pursuant to Article 10 of the Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data, in its capacity as data controller.
- DATA CONTROLLER
Pursuant to the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”), your personal data shall be stored and processed by S Novagroup Engineering Consultancy Electrical Industry and Trade Ltd. Co. (“Company”) in its capacity as data controller within the scope explained below.

- GENERAL PRINCIPLES REGARDING THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
While processing personal data, the following principles defined in the KVKK are applied by the Company.

-Retention for the period stipulated in the relevant legislation or required for the purpose of processing
- PURPOSES OF PROCESSING YOUR PERSONAL DATA
Your personal data collected and recorded in written and electronic form through various channels, primarily from our online visitors, customers, and potential customers via contact forms, site survey requests, support requests, product requests, and connections established due to commercial activities; shall be processed by our Company for the limited purposes of enabling us to respond to your requests and/or complaints, carrying out communication activities, managing customer relations processes, fulfilling legal and administrative obligations in accordance with legislation, ensuring and maintaining internal coordination, cooperation, and efficiency, resolving existing or potential legal disputes, responding to requests and questions, performing necessary activities by our Company’s business units to carry out commercial activities in compliance with legislation and Company policies, determining, planning, and implementing the Company’s short-, medium-, and long-term commercial policies, ensuring the commercial and legal security of real persons in business relations with the Company, informing you about our campaigns and trainings with your approval and consent via the Explicit Consent Statement, conducting advertising, campaign, and promotion processes, conducting marketing and remarketing processes of products and services, carrying out activities aimed at customer satisfaction, and sending commercial electronic communications.
In accordance with the Law and/or in the presence of exceptions stipulated in the relevant legislation, personal data may be processed and shared with third parties without obtaining additional consent from users. The exceptions listed in Article 5 of the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data are as follows:
-Explicitly stipulated in laws,
-Being mandatory for the protection of the life or physical integrity of the person himself/herself or another person who is unable to express consent due to actual impossibility or whose consent is not legally valid,
-Provided that it is directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract, the processing of personal data belonging to the parties of the contract is necessary,
-Being mandatory for the data controller to fulfill its legal obligation,
-Being made public by the data subject himself/herself,
-Being mandatory for the establishment, exercise, or protection of a right,
-Being mandatory for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject.
- METHODS AND LEGAL GROUNDS FOR COLLECTING YOUR PERSONAL DATA
Your collected personal data are processed based on the legal ground stated in Article 5 of the KVKK, namely “being mandatory for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject,” and are collected through various methods, in compliance with the KVKK, for the purpose of carrying out our commercial activities. Your personal data may be collected verbally, in writing, or electronically through various channels such as institutions we provide support to or receive support from, real and/or legal persons with whom transactions are carried out within the scope of legislation or contracts, customers, third-party companies, e-mail, our website, our social media accounts, or other channels that may be established in the future. These data are collected based on your consent to the processing of personal data, the establishment and performance of a contractual relationship with our Company, your visit to our Company, the transmission of your information to us by third parties for commercial contact purposes, information sharing at events such as fairs, trainings, conferences, and similar means. The personal data collected on these legal grounds may be processed and transferred within the scope of Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK for the purposes specified in Article 4 of this Information Notice.
- CATEGORIES AND TYPES OF PERSONAL DATA SUBJECT TO PROCESSING
Personal data that may be obtained from you in written or electronic form within the scope of contact forms, site survey requests, support requests, product requests, and other connections established due to commercial activities are as follows;
Identity Information: Name, Surname
Contact Information: Phone Number, E-Mail, Fax, etc.
Professional Experience Information (Company Name, Title): Information provided by you when you express interest in the Company’s products and services through a website form or participate in marketing and training activities.
Other Information: Information automatically collected due to the use of cookies and similar tracking tools when you interact with the Company’s website.
- TO WHOM AND FOR WHAT PURPOSES YOUR PROCESSED PERSONAL DATA MAY BE TRANSFERRED
Your personal data specified in Article 6 of this privacy policy and information notice may be shared and transferred, limited to the purposes specified in Article 4 and for the realization of these purposes, with our business partners, company shareholders, authorized persons and managers, and in accordance with the Company’s activities, or with regulatory and supervisory authorities and official institutions in cases stipulated by the relevant legislation, within the scope of Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK and limited to the purposes stated above.
- RETENTION PERIOD OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA
Personal data obtained are stored for the periods required by the purposes of personal data processing, provided that these periods are not exceeded. In addition, personal data stored to fulfill legal obligations are retained for the periods specified in the relevant laws. Furthermore, provided that the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject are not harmed, personal data may also be retained for the periods required by the legitimate interests of the Company. In cases where the conditions requiring the retention of personal data cease to exist, personal data shall be deleted, destroyed, or anonymized by kahve.com in accordance with the procedures and principles specified in the Law and relevant legislation.
- SECURITY AND PROTECTION OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA
Your personal data are under the protection of the Company. Pursuant to the Law;
–Preventing the unlawful processing of personal data,

–Ensuring the safeguarding of personal data,
Necessary technical and administrative measures are taken and relevant policies are implemented to ensure an appropriate level of security for these purposes. These existing measures will continue to be updated as new and appropriate security technologies emerge.
Despite taking all necessary data security measures, the Company shall have no legal liability in the event that personal data is damaged or obtained by third parties as a result of attacks on the Site and/or the system. For other websites that you may access via links from our website, the terms of use and privacy policy of those websites shall apply. The Company is not responsible for the information usage, ethical principles, privacy principles, quality and service level of other websites accessed from the Site for advertisements, banners, content purposes, or any other purpose, nor for any material/moral damages and losses that may occur on those sites.

Within the scope of Article 11 of the KVKK, as a data subject, by applying to our Company, you have the right to;
- Learn whether your personal data are processed,
- If processed, request information regarding such processing,
- Learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether they are used in accordance with that purpose,
- Know the third parties to whom personal data are transferred domestically or abroad,
- Request correction of your personal data if processed incompletely or inaccurately and request that the transaction carried out within this scope be notified to third parties to whom your personal data have been transferred,
- Request deletion or destruction of your personal data if the reasons requiring processing cease to exist, even though they have been processed in accordance with the KVKK and other applicable legislation, and request that the transaction carried out within this scope be notified to third parties to whom your personal data have been transferred, object to the occurrence of a result against you through the analysis of your processed personal data exclusively by automated systems,
- Request compensation for damages in case you suffer damage due to unlawful processing of personal data,
You have these rights. Our Company will conclude your request as soon as possible and in any case within thirty (30) days, depending on the nature of the request. Although it is essential that no fee is charged for requests, the Company reserves the right to request a fee in accordance with the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.
