We recommend that LED surge arrester systems, which can provide protection in T\u0130P 2 and T\u0130P 3 categories, be used together with main surge arresters with Type 1+2 Lightning protection features at direct energy inputs or energy distribution panels in order to prevent damage against strong future lightning impulses.
