The exceptions specified in Article 5 of the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data are as follows:\n\n-Explicitly provided for by law,\n\n-Being necessary for the protection of the life or physical integrity of the person or another person who is unable to express consent due to actual impossibility or whose consent is not legally recognized,\n\n-Being necessary to process the personal data of the parties to a contract, provided that it is directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract,\n\n-Being mandatory for the data controller to fulfill its legal obligation,\n\n-Having been made public by the relevant person,\n\n-Being necessary for the establishment, exercise or protection of a right,\n\n-Being necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that this does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the relevant person.\n\n<ol start=\"5\">\n    <li><strong>METHODS AND LEGAL BASES FOR COLLECTING YOUR PERSONAL DATA<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\nYour personal data is collected through various methods based on the legal ground of \u201cbeing necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that this does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the relevant person,\u201d as specified in Article 5 of the KVKK, and as necessary and in compliance with the KVKK, for the purpose of maintaining our commercial activities. Your personal data may be collected through various channels and based on different legal grounds, including institutions from which we provide \/ receive support services and other natural and\/or legal persons with whom transactions are carried out under any legislation or contract, customers, third-party companies, e-mail, our website, our social media accounts and other channels that may be established or become available in the future, either verbally, in writing or electronically, based on your consent to the processing of your personal data, the establishment and performance of a contractual relationship between you and our Company, your visit to our Company, the communication of your information to us by third parties for the purpose of contacting us for commercial activities, information sharing at fairs, training sessions, conferences and similar events, and similar methods, within the scope of our Company&#8217;s commercial purposes, for the purpose of developing the products and services we provide and conducting our commercial activities.
